The Lack of project knowledge management in projects results in organizational knowledge fragmentation and loss of organizational learning. Due to importance of knowledge management in project based organizations, a knowledge management model with six hierarchical-levels is presented in this article indicating the time line for knowledge management and the extent of knowledge to be captured, acquired and shared. Level zero is equivalent to post-project reviews. Since the potential value of reuse of incident knowledge is declining over time, it is proposed in the second level to manage planning and implementation (execution, control and monitor) knowledge during each project phase respectively, conveying the concept of time value of the knowledge. The third level encompasses ten knowledge management areas in project management. The fourth level shows that the relationship between KM model dimensions and organizational intellectual capital. Knowledge maps role is apparent in fifth level. Finally, an implementation roadmap, including ten steps is presented. Since the proposed roadmap has its root in concepts and features of the proposed KM model, it could facilitate implementation of the KM model in project based organizations and lead to in-time knowledge management, project cost reduction and flourishing organizational learning. The research conducted in a project based organization in private sector, playing an active role in a wide range of services; engineering, procurement, installation, construction and commissioning in oil, gas and petrochemical projects. Successful implementation of e-government in each country requires the model that depends on the objectives, requirements and conditions of the country. The lack of proper planning and adoption will lead to the ignorance of necessities and fail in implementation. Since the different dimensions of government are related to each other, the creation and development of e-government is possible only with balanced development in all aspects. Review of the literature in this area suggests that the e-government maturity models, development models and strategic models, all have seen the evolution of e-government from one dimension; and in the field of stakeholders of e-government services, the focus has been only on the supply side of stakeholders. In this paper by reviewing existing models and stakeholder theories, with a systematic approach that will be adapted from Zachman framework, systematic Framework will be presented for the implementation of integrated e-government system. This systematic framework provides five main dimensions along with its components in five developmental stages for the implementation of e-government. These dimensions are: 1) strategies, values and programs (why and when), 2) partnerships and development of stakeholders (who), 3) data and information (what), and 4) infrastructure (What or where), 5) process (how). Finally, dimensions of the model will be analyzed using a questionnaire, survey of experts and statistical tests. Manuscript profile

Natural Disasters have always been a part of life on our planet. With human society development, urban areas and Metropolises have not been safe from destructive effects and consequences of disasters. In addition to intensity and extent of disasters, vulnerability of societies has remarkable dependence on proper urban infrastructures, strong structures, preventive programs and appropriate preparation in emergency-related organizations. Occurrence of an onset disaster like earthquake, usually leads to secondary damages in urban areas; they happen for an obvious reason and have specific outcomes. Identification of all significant reasons and consequences results in creating a vulnerability map for urban wards which could be a useful basis for preventive programs. On the other side, one of the most effective and efficient approaches to create preparedness and response plan disaster management organizations, is designing a relief chain with proper logistic modules and devoting responsibilities to authorities, based on data achieved from damage estimation studies. Hence, in this paper, a sequential approach is used to apply geographic information system and eliciate experts' knowledge of urban areas so as to create both damage estimation and vulnerability maps; These information. In turn, help designing disaster management cycle, specifically, Preventive, preparedness and response programs for an urban area. In order to create a better perceptive of the proposed approach, Tehran municipality district (1) is used as a real case study and its vulnerability to a hypothetical earthquake is estimated to create disaster management program. Claim management is one of the most important and challenging issue in projects in the world, and many of stakeholders of projects belive that the claims are one of the most destroyer in constraction industry. Growth of claims in construction projects has an inverse correlation with triangular goals of project management (time, cost and quality), so increasing claims cause extension of time and cost and decrease in project quality. Claims are natural trait in construction industry. However we can’t remove contingency of this claims but we can, by identify main causes of claims and relation between them, prevent from contingency them in future projects. In this research, research data have been collected by literature review studies and interview with expert was conducted to identify the 34 causes of claims in construction projects. Then these causes by questionnaire in cluding frequency and intensity of impactwere distributed among experts. Then according to the result of this questionnairesthe most important causes of claim in construction projects are determined that they are contained 10 causes.a model for relationship between causes of claim in construction projects has designed byInterpretive structural modeling. At the end some suggestions has been presented to prevent the claim or to manage them. These corrective solutions have been presented base on model in 4 stage in procedure of project. research results show that between claims causes, these causes: selecting contractor on base low price without notice to qualification and technical ability, ambiguities in contract documents and clauses, unexpected change in exchange and interest and low price of contract due to high competition, have a significant effect and impressment on other causes, so they play important roles in preventing or decreasing claims. Today, the role of knowledge-based companies has grown as one of the key pillars of the resistance economy. Considering the importance of the ability, expertise, and skills of these companies, consideration of the mental, emotional, and interactive characteristics of the company is an essential precondition for the realization of the goals in the knowledge-based companies. The higher the degree of affiliation of the company to the knowledge workers, the more meaningful the concept of performance management will be. However, so far, in the field of knowledge workers' performance, it has been evaluating the performance of these categories of employees. The prevailing characteristics of performance evaluation systems can be seen as the tangent, downside, downside and low level of integrity and effectiveness of the entire system. The research is composed of two stages. With a library study and a review of the research background, an eight-stage performance management model process was extracted. In the first step, after interviewing 16 experts , using the qualitative method of the analysis, the dimensions (stages) of the performance management process of knowledge workers were analyzed. In the second step, the research was conducted using the Structural-Interpretative Modeling (ISM) approach and the use of expert judgment to design a model for the performance management process of knowledge workers in knowledgeable Based companies. Leadership is one of the most complex issues, the most unknown and most effective conceptual components in the management of modern organizations. The role of leadership in the efficiency of the organization should be seen in the root differences of leadership practices. In recent years, the pure leadership has been considered by many researchers as the most important factor in achieving organizational goals. This research is aimed at developing theoretical foundations, designing a conceptual model of pure leadership and presenting and analyzing the Interpretive structural model model of communication, influence power and dependence of identified variables from library studies and applying the mental model of experts related to leadership issues. To this end, eight key variables related to the research topic were finally identified. A structural matrix questionnaire was designed to determine the interstitial relationship between these variables. The results of this questionnaire were analyzed using a Interpretive structural modeling approach and then plotted on six levels and in an interactive network. Findings from the research process showed that the variable of philosophy, authenticity and pure culture is considered as the most influential variable, and the variables of pure production and pure services are the most dependent variables with the least power of influence. Sustainability of energy supplying in the world depends on the quality of its utilization, optimal planning and usage strategies. One of the most important sources of clean, inexpensive and affordable energy is Natural Gas. While production of this source by producer countries, such as Iran, is constantly increasing (about 4 percent annually) and more than 30 million tons per year, but the "Energy Deprived Population" is an undeniable fact that has hit billions of inhabitants the planet does not have access to safe and clean energy. Precisely, about 3 billion people in the world do not have access to clean and sustainable energy. From the economic point of view, in case of proper planning and applying the appropriate Business Models, gas supply and demand, while achieving the optimal balance point, will have a more stable status in the long run, despite better cash flow and turnover. On the other hand, a large part of the social, economic and environmental problems which are caused by the abuse of natural resources of energy in various societies; enforces the Gas exporting countries to think and find innovative Business Models to overcome such issues. Undoubtedly, one effective approach that effectively affects the energy exporters on target markets and will able them to develop the market is Entrepreneurial Marketing and its application in new Business Models. In this research, has been attempted based on entrepreneurial approach, innovative and critical attitude at classical marketing (such as 4Ps) for the Gas market, thru applied methods from case studies, online resources, and companies website, by content and cross-sectional analysis have grasped the similarities and differences between selected Business Models. Then based on the overall findings and their comparison, the key features for the Business Models of energy market were presented. Analyzing of the above data has led to introduce the foundations for creating a Business Model to meet the basic needs of a deprived energy community, which will bring prosperity for the target population and open a large and untapped socioeconomic market for the energy exporters. Nowadays, with the advent of the concepts of risk management and sustainability and increasing of social pressures to reduce the negative impacts of industries on the environment and society, it is almost impossible to make strategic decisions such as the supply chain network design (SCND) without considering these concerns. Accordingly, in this paper a general mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) was developed for designing a closed-loop supply chain network, under disruptions conditions and sustainability considerations (focusing on social aspects). This is a multi-echelon, multi-product and multi-modal supply chain network. The sanctions on raw materials (as disruption events) were considered in the mathematical model through planning some scenarios. The most important decision variables in this model are related to: supplier selection, quantity of each raw material, facilities location, products flow between different facilities and transportation modes. Finally, designing a closed-loop supply chain network in Iran's tire industry was taken as a real world case study to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed model. In addition, the sensitivity analysis on some of the important parameters was carried out. Manuscript profile

The existence of debt in the accounts between a set of companies causes the items to be flooded to the left and right of the corporate balance sheet. And have misleading financial ratios for corporate finance analysts and lead to misleading predictions about the company's future. This is the case in a set of companies under the umbrella of a holding due to interactions between them and on the other hand, if there is a solution, it can be tracked and reduced due to the upstream management of the holding. In this paper, using mathematical modeling and optimization, the best combination of the two or multiple possible channels between the holding companies is suggested. How to deal with this issue is one of the issues of day care and modeling and solving it in the form of math planning is the main innovation of this article. The proposed modeling is implemented in one of the IT field holdings and its results are reported in this paper. Manuscript profile

Performing the concurrent analysis of organizational, departmental and individual scales alongside macro and micro levels of abstraction in temporal, spatial and event-driven contexts may significantly clarify the concept of learning, and develops the opportunities for effective policy making accordingly. It would also help to improve the performance indicators of the system and its involved agents globally. Due to Ignorance of aforementioned concurrent analysis, the relationship between organizational learning and learning in lower scales has been ambiguous, and monitoring the effect of organizational learning on organization performance indicators has been neglected. Hence, whether organizational learning is an effective factor in the amplitude of organization competitive advantages or not has remained a serious question yet. However, a potential solution to this question has got conceivable through the multi-method system modeling perspective. Design and analysis of integrated multi-scale learning in organizations are now possible through hybrid modeling and simulation and the extended methodology presented in this research along with the related architecture. The outcome is a plain platform which embraces lucid modeling of complex abstract concepts including learning in organizations comprehensively. Future case studies may be required to further confirm the applicability of this methodology and underpin its administrative value. Manuscript profile

Inflation is a negative phenomenon and one of the major problems in the economy. A review of the past trend shows that the Iranian economy has always suffered from this problem and so far the solution to the inflation problem in Iran has not been successful. In the current situation economic sanctions imposed on Iran, Solving the problem of inflation requires a special solution. Historical experience and past trends indicate that solving inflation in conventional and experienced solutions in the country are not responsive. This research focuses on designing a conceptual model looking for a new and distinct strategy and has shown the implementation of economic resistance policies through operational its components can solve this historical dilemma of the Iranian economy in other words adjusting and solving the problem of structural inflation by implementing the components of the resistance economy. Because the implementation of the components of the resistance economy based on the general policies of the resistance economy ultimately leads to the transfer of resources from non-productive activities and speculation to productive activities by this positive development, the manufacturing sector flourishes and, as a result, GDP will grow at a higher rate, and GDP growth Will reduces inflation. This process is explained by designing a conceptual model that has theoretical and theoretical support by the macroeconomics. Manuscript profile

Consequently, attention to sustainability and social responsibility in the banking business is increasing day by day. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to provide a framework for sustainability in bank Business. To this end, by using the Meta-synthesis approach, the 268 open codes related to sustainability in the banking industry were extracted from related articles and related studies and these open codes formed 59 axial codes. Then, these axial codes were categorized based on similarities in concepts to 10 themes of economic partnership, financial factors, energy use, environmental action, community participation, development of human resources, customer relationship, products and services, human rights issue , and governance. In the following, they were categorized into four including economic, social, and environmental and governance sustainability. Moreover, ISM structured the relationships between the themes while leveling them in a structural model based on the experts’ interprets. According to the results, the theme of human rights is at the lowest level and considered as the basis for bank sustainability. In addition, human rights, human resources, products and services, and customer relationship themes were placed in the independent area of the MICMAC chart that shows the key role and influence of these factors on other factors in the sustainability of bank business. Investment management in life insurance is very important because of its specific features. Unlike other insurance policies, life insurance is long-term and focused mainly on return on investment. Also, due to the 85% participation of insurers in the surplus of interest, the surplus in a period has little income for the insurance company, but the insurance company has a guaranteed return on the deficit. In addition, high return is one of the main factors of insurance companies competition in marketing. Also, insurance companies need to make sure they have enough liquidity to fulfill their obligations. Despite the fundamental differences between life insurance and property and liability insurance, No 60 Central Insurance Regulations do not differentiate between the investment of the above insurance reserves. In this study, we designed a portfolio optimization model for life insurance investments. Accordingly, the Markov Switching Vector Auto Regressive based on ideal optimization with contrasting goals set with the actual performance of the company. Optimization has been made in the portfolio of life insurance based on Moalem Insurance Company from 2012 to 2016. Investment weights have been implemented by simulating the Markov Switching VAR model with optimization objectives including maximizing insurance returns, minimizing shortfall, maximizing policyholder returns and minimizing liquidity shortages. Based on the results, the ideal planning optimization model produces more returns than the actual returns of the insurance and performs better in other objectives. As a result, this approach can be used to optimize life insurance investment portfolios in insurance companies. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, choosing the most effective and optimum strategy for selecting and assigning students to the target schools due to its great impact on the quality and quantity of education is one of the important concerns of the educational institution. In this regard, it is necessary to determine the appropriate criteria for appropriate selection of students, taking into account the standards and educational needs of students. In this research, from the perspective of the academic level, the student-to-school distance and the ideal planning approach, a decision-making model with distinct goals for selecting and assigning students to nonprofit and governmental schools is presented. According to the proposed method, firstly, the assessment of the students is carried out in relation to the schools in the target area, with two approaches of distance between the student and the target school and the academic level correspondence. The results of these assessment, based on the new and applied BWM, determining the weight of the academic level and the distance to the school by each student toward the school. In the next step, based on the level of science weights and the distance between each student and school, ideal planning modelling is revised for each student. In this case, the specified weights are the main inputs and the required ideal constraints are also considered. Finally, by solving the proposed model, the optimal assignment of students to each of the schools is done. After the students have been assigned to the target schools, we may encounter lack of capacity in some schools. In this case, by providing a flowchart, the way of students’ relocation to the standard capacity for all schools is explained. Also, due to the implementation of the proposed research methodology for allocating students to the schools belonging to the "Mallard" region, and conducting relevant evaluations and calculations, the sensitivity analysis has also been done. The final results of the sensitivity analysis of the proposed model indicate that the lack of consideration of the academic level approach causes changes in selection and allocation of students to schools. Therefore, the academic level should be taken into account in assessments related to the allocation of students to schools. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the layout design is to find the most efficient arrangement of equipment, manpower in departments or units in order to maximize productivity in product production. Existing heuristic models do not consider the organizations need to locate units within certain departments, but in practice many organizations need to design a layout that limits the location of units in their respective departments. Particularly for organizations with an operational organizational structure, and often each of the units in each executive department should be located in their own office. The purpose of this article is that in an organization composed of several main departments and each department comprising several units, optimal placement is made in such a way that the limits of locating the units within the departments that are similar to the work process are met. Many layout design problems are not suited to solve mathematical problems because some of the facilities need to be put together. In this paper, constraints are added to design the facility layout in specific departments and a mathematical model is proposed for optimization. The benefits of introducing departmental constraints are: Compared to existing models, it provides more pragmatic logic for layout and facility design, and can help improve computational efficiency by reducing overlap constraints across facilities. Despite the importance of developing petrochemical industries, most of the country's exports in the petrochemical industry have been limited to raw materials and semi-industries, which is due to the incapability to acquire appropriate technology in the downstream industries. Technology transfer is one of the most important shortcut methods for acquiring and developing technologies in these industries, but one of the most important challenges is the managers' little familiarity with the technology transfer process and the abilities it requires. The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize the effective abilities in the success of the technology transfer process in the downstream, petrochemical industries, and for this purpose a combined method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) has been used. In this regard, the content validity was confirmed by CVR and CVI forms and the final questionnaire was distributed and collected by the Porsline system among the statistical population and in order to investigate the accuracy of the theoretical model of the research, factor analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS software was used. The results of this stage of the study indicate that 82 indicators in 8 ability factors affect the success of the technology transfer process in petrochemical downstream industries and the effectiveness of all 8 factors is ability at the semantic level. On the other hand, prioritizing the abilities that affect the success of the technology transfer process was done through the Analytic Network Process and Super Decisions software. The results show that technology dissemination abilities are the first priority, and technology adaptation abilities as well as development and improvement abilities are the second and third priorities. Open banking is a new paradigm that is rapidly growing in the world banking industry. Moving towards open banking and using the capacities and potentials of cooperation with innovative businesses can draw a clear horizon for maintaining banking services' survival as one of the macro banking strategies. But this requires a change in the traditional business model of banks. The purpose of this study is to provide a business model framework for commercial banks with an open banking approach. In this study, using banks' approach to participate in the financial ecosystem and the type of cooperation with third parties, four types of the strategic approaches and the dimensions of banks' business model in each situation are described. Accordingly, each bank can have one of the roles, including the integrator, producer, distributor, and the platform in open banking. In this research, a multi-case study research method has been used in which, based on the opinion of experts, three banks were studied, selected, and the dimensions of their business model were examined. Sepah Bank as a bank with an integrating role, Pasargad Bank as a bank with a producer role and Ayandeh Bank as a bank with a platform role were studied. According to experts in this field, no bank in Iran has the function of the distributor. The characteristics and the dimensions of each bank's business model vary according to their chosen approach to open banking and interaction with third parties Manuscript profile

Objective: In Iran policymaking in higher education has been done by using a bureaucratic approach regardless of market and real demand for the disciplines, in recent years. Ignorance of the students’ priorities and their attitudes in choosing field of study has led to the unbalanced development of the higher education system and inability to respond to the needs of society. The aim of this study is to identify, evaluate and model effective factors in the utility of disciplines based on students’ attitudes. Methods: In this exploratory study, the private utility factors of disciplines from the students' points of view, in Tehran universities, were identified, categorized and analyzed simultaneously using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling technique (PLS-SEM) and Smart PLS 3.2.9 software. Results: The initial model of private utility of disciplines in this study had 5 constructs and 29 indicators, while the final model includes 3 constructs and 13 indicators. Finally, in addition to multi-group analysis for some nominal variables, the model and Private Utility Function for disciplines were presented. Private Utility Function can be used to measure and compare disciplines utility scores. Conclusion: This study contributes to the need for demand analysis of disciplines in policymaking in higher education. The final model showed that the private utility of disciplines depends on 3 constructs: field-characteristics, university-characteristics and job-characteristics. The students declared that only 13 of 29 indicators, were asked for, are important in choosing a field of study and the cost is not an effective variable. Based on the results, it is suggested that higher education policymakers focus on the constructs and indicators in order to lead students to prioritized area in development programs of country and manage the demand for other disciplines. Since, the cost was not an important variable in final model, financing policies for disciplines could be revised to optimize the government budget allocation. Manuscript profile

Resistance economy as an economic strategy to face the dependent economy and in response to the arrogant global sanctions against Iran, has been emphasized by the Supreme Leader. Resistance economy seeks to reduce vulnerability to external threats, prevent crises, and review current inefficient economic structures and systems. In the resistance economy, the effort is to reduce dependencies and make maximum use of the advantages of domestic production. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the business models of Iranian enterprises based on this approach. In this regard, this research has compiled and explained the conceptual framework, dimensions and components of the business model based on the resistance economy approach. The approach of this qualitative research and the research method is meta-synthesis, which follows the seven-stage model of Sandelowski. In the first step, the Supreme Leader's statements regarding the resistance economy, as well as articles and research collections on the concepts of resilience and business models were carefully collected and studied. Then, the conceptual framework of business was identified with the resistance economy approach. In the following, the influencing factors on the design of the business model with the resistance economy approach were identified. For this purpose, 32 studies that were directly related to the research subject were selected and analyzed through MAXQDA software, and 169 codes were identified. In the next step, after categorizing the similar codes, finally 34 code titles were selected in the form of 9 topics and presented in the framework of the conceptual model of the research. Green human resources management, as a strong tool that takes the role of human factors, can help organizations to fulfill their social responsibilities in order to protect the environment. This research has been carried out with the aim of systematically reviewing previous researches in the field of green human resources management, as well as identifying key elements and providing a structural model to implement the green human resources management process in the chemical and petrochemical industries of Bushehr province. By studying thematic literature and using the textual content analysis approach, six basic indicators were counted, and in order to localize them in order to implement green human resources management in the chemical and petrochemical industries, the Delphi technique was used in three rounds. The statistical population of the research was formed by managers and experts familiar with the subject and working in the field of petrochemical industries. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, and its validity and reliability were also confirmed. In order to design the structural model of the effective indicators for the implementation of the green human resources management process, the interpretive structural modeling approach in the fuzzy environment was used to manage linguistic ambiguities in judgments. The results of the modeling and analysis of Mik Mak showed that individual, group and organizational indicators are among the basic and influential indicators in the field of Sabza's human resources management; Therefore, managers are suggested to emphasize and pay more attention to this group of indicators. The start-up businesses' effort to maintain and develop themselves has made it necessary to study the concept of marketing. On the one hand, with the advent of the technological era, which is full of contradictions, cooperation, and communications, the digital marketing approach is of a role in which the antecedents and their consequences on these businesses become necessary. In terms of orientation, the current research is fundamental. Based on Saunders' research onion model, our research gets into the interpretive paradigm layer. Our work is inductive rather than analogical, written with a qualitative approach. Library research helped collect the theoretical bases. The research strategy is a case study, and its ultimate goal is to explore the antecedents and consequences of digital marketing. A systematic review and content analysis availed collection and analyzing information. In terms of methodology, the meta-synthesis method has been used to achieve the final goal of the research. For the meta-synthesis of the antecedents and consequences of digital marketing, 422 pieces of research were selected, and the data were analyzed with the help of Nvivo12 software. With a general look at the results obtained from the antecedents and consequences of digital marketing, 12 organizing themes, which included 7 categories of antecedents and 5 categories of consequences, and 489 titles in the form of basic themes, have been determined and introduced. The antecedents included 381 factors affecting digital marketing, and the consequences included 128 factors influencing digital marketing. Manuscript profile

Establishment of the modern managerial systems is one of the most important steps for the excellence of organizations. The European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM) is one of the technics that has started from Europe during the two recent decades and nowadays many organizations are in the process of implementing this model with- in their managerial domain. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a known nonparametric tool for evaluating the organization’s efficiency. In addition to having the capability to measure the total efficiency of a system, network DEA is able to calculate the efficiency of system components. Since EFQM can be considered as a multi-stage system, existence of network DEA along with it can improve the analysis. In this paper, an integrated model has been suggested based on EFQM and Network DEA for assessing the organization’s operation. For this purpose, at first the EFQM has been considered as a ‘four-stage system’ including leadership (the first stage), activities related to employees, policy, strategy and partnership (the second stage), processes (the third stage), and results (the fourth stage). Then considering 32 sub-criteria in EFQM, input and output variables have been determined for each one of the four stage s and on this basis math form for Network DEA model has been developed for this 4-satge system.
